Such a professional and polite staff to work with. They returned calls right away, came out to the house and worked quickly and were able to have our window replaced before the snow! So grateful for such a great experience.

I had four floor to ceiling double pane windows replaced. Four men arrived right on time and went right to work. Three of the windows were on the second floor so scaffolding had to be put up. They finished the job in three hours and I'm thrilled with the results. I'm going to schedule them again for four more windows. When you look through the new windows, they are so clear and beautiful that you can't tell that glass is even there. I had four more floor to ceiling windows replaced in October. They did such a fantastic job last spring, that I called them again. I was concerned because the temperature was so low in the morning, I thought my whole house would be cold when they removed windows. But they work so quickly you couldn't even tell if there was a change in temperature. I'm delighted with my new windows!

When it hailed recently in South Bend, IN, one of the panels on the storm door on the back of the house broke. Glass Doctor of South Bend sent out a gentleman who took measurements of the panel and two weeks later two technicians came to replace the panel, which has been perfect. The three gentlemen who came to the house were very professional and did an excellent job.

After another popular glass company needed more than a week to replace my drivers side window (in the middle of winter), I decided to call Glass Doctor. They fit me in the next day! I was pleased with their kindness and respect over the phone. Upon showing up for my appointment, the business was clean and my car was taken in on time. They had a wonderful, kind dog in the lobby with the receptionist. So, that's an added bonus. The whole process took about 45 minutes and they vacuumed out my entire car and included a bottle of glass cleaner. Very pleased with the service I received. Thank you
